Spotlight on the New postings:

Wisconsin Lutheran College announces their new pharmacy program! More information in the "Announcements".

2017 Elections:  Congratulations to Kathy Lee. She was re-elected as Council Treasurer. The position of Communications Coordinator is still open.  Click for a description of the positions. Please prayerfully consider serving in this position. Contact Wendy Crary -  wendy.crary@wels.net or Anne Mackey - annetimmackey@hotmail.com for more information.

We are looking for a communications coordinator as our current communications coordinator has stepped down due to health issues. Please pray about this and keep our previous communications coordinator, Sue in your prayers.
God's blessings to you and your families.

The Wisconsin Lutheran College 2017 summer online parish nurse course is now in the history books. Lisa LeBlanc, the professor teaching the course, reports that the students were from California, Nebraska and Minnesota. They learned about the role of the Parish Nurse, conducted home visits, conducted congregational needs assessments, and created a template of documents needed for their Faith Community Nurse certification (which is optional).
Keep these nurses in your prayers as they apply that knowledge and they establish a parish nurse ministry in their congregation. May both the nurses and congregations be blessed! A special thank-you to WLC for providing this opportunity! And a big thank-you to Christian Aid & Relief for the matching funds grant to help with tuition costs!

The October 2017 CAMM Update has just been posted! Amanda Artz, Clinic Administrator asks, if we had a garden this year? Did we spend any time watering/weeding/pruning? Her October update is based on John 15:1-2.

Christian Family Solutions is posting for a new position. Full time psychiatric nurse in the Milwaukee area. More under the announcements!

The Bethany Lutheran College nursing program was approved by the MN Board of Nursing on Aug 4, 2016. Congratulations!   They have good news to share: a full-time faculty member has been hired! Sara Traylor is thrilled and thanks everyone for their prayers! We will continue to keep them in our prayers as they bring in their first group of students this Fall 2017 semester!
